Will servicing my car with you void my manufacturer warranty?

Accepted Answer

No. Under UK Block Exemption Regulations, you are legally entitled to have your vehicle serviced by any qualified independent mechanic without voiding your manufacturer warranty — as long as the correct parts and fluids are used and the service is properly documented. We provide full documentation with every service.

How do you take payment?

Accepted Answer

We accept bank transfer, cash, card and PayPal — card and PayPal payments carry a small processing fee, always disclosed before payment. Payment is due on completion of the work. For parts orders or major repairs a deposit may be required. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

Do you guarantee your work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our workmanship is covered by a 30-day labour warranty, and parts are covered by the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

What quality parts do you use?

We use OEM-quality (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or equivalent parts for all repairs. If you have a preference for a specific brand or OEM parts, just let us know when booking and we will do our best to accommodate this.

How quickly can you come out?

Do you come to my home?

Yes — that's exactly what we do. We come to your home and work on your vehicle right on your driveway, anywhere across Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas.

How does your Price Promise work?

If you have a like-for-like written quote from another VAT-registered mechanic for the same job using the same quality parts, we will match it. This excludes promotional, introductory or discounted offers. Contact us with the quote details before booking.
